How Lexora Limited approaches privacy on the public Lexora website, and what is not yet connected.

Lexora LimitedLast updated 4 November 2026

Lexora is registered as Lexora Limited. This notice covers the public marketing website at uselexora.com and its current pages. It does not describe processing inside a Lexora workspace, which is not covered by this website notice.

Before workspace accounts or active data-submission features are opened, Lexora Limited will need to publish service-specific privacy information describing the relevant data, purposes, lawful bases, recipients, retention periods and contact channel.

The current website code does not connect its contact or waitlist forms to a submission service. Submitting either form displays a notice and does not send or save the information entered. Please do not enter confidential, sensitive or client information into those forms.

We have not found analytics scripts, advertising pixels or cookie-based tracking configured in this website application. The hosting environment may process technical request or security information to deliver the site; its provider, processing details and retention period are not configured in this application and are not specified here.

If Lexora Limited later receives personal data through an active website feature or workspace, the applicable notice will identify what is collected, why it is used, the lawful basis relied upon, how long it is kept, and the relevant service providers or transfers. No such future processing is represented as active by this notice.

The Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 provides rights for data subjects, subject to the Act’s terms and applicable exceptions. These include rights to information and access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection in relevant circumstances, data portability, and rights relating to consent and certain automated decisions.

Read the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Nigeria Data Protection Commission’s data subject rights information.

This website currently has no functioning privacy-request or contact submission channel. Lexora Limited should publish a direct channel before collecting personal data through its online services. You may also consult the Nigeria Data Protection Commission about its complaint process.

This notice will be updated when website or workspace data practices change. The date above identifies the latest published revision.
